Payment Error, What Should I Do?
If you encounter an error during payment, it is usually related to your bank's security checks rather than a technical fault on our end. Below you will find the most common error types and how to resolve them.
Incorrect Card Details
Entering an incorrect card number, expiry date, or CVV will cause the transaction to be declined.
What to do:
- Re-enter your card details carefully
- Make sure the cardholder name matches exactly what is on file with your bank
3D Secure Verification Not Completed
Your bank may require you to verify the transaction via SMS code or a mobile banking app. If this step is not completed, the payment will not go through.
Common reasons:
- Incorrect SMS code entered
- Verification time expired
- Approval not given in the banking app
- Verification screen was closed before completion
What to do:
- Restart the payment process and complete the verification step in full
- Make sure your banking app is up to date
Bank Flagged the Transaction as Suspicious
Banks may automatically decline transactions in certain situations, including:
- Multiple payment attempts in quick succession
- Payment initiated from an unfamiliar device or network
- VPN is active
- International payment restrictions on your card
What to do:
- Disable your VPN if one is active
- Try a different browser or device
- Wait a few minutes and try again
Card Not Enabled for Online Payments
Some cards have the following features disabled by default:
- Online shopping
- 3D Secure authentication
- International payments
What to do:
- Check your bank's mobile app or contact your bank's customer service to enable these features
Temporary Bank Decline
On rare occasions, a bank's security system or high traffic may cause a transaction to be declined temporarily. In this case, waiting a few minutes and trying again is usually sufficient.

Still Having Issues?
You may try completing the payment with a different card. If you are repeatedly receiving errors with the same card, it is likely being blocked by your bank.
